License grant
Subject to payment and compliance with applicable terms, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased asset for the purchaser’s own FiveM server project, subject to any product-specific license shown at purchase.
Restrictions
- Do not resell, sublicense, publish, share, or redistribute the asset or its source files.
- Do not claim authorship of the asset or remove applicable copyright notices.
- Do not use the asset in a way that violates law, platform rules, or another person’s rights.
Server staff and contractors
Access needed to operate your own server may be provided to your trusted staff or contractors only for that purpose, provided they do not independently use, publish or redistribute the asset. Define any seat or server limits on the relevant package listing.
Ownership and termination
Northline Systems or its licensors retain ownership of the asset and intellectual property. The license ends if you materially breach these terms, subject to any rights that cannot legally be limited.
Product specific terms
Package listings may define additional compatibility, server-count, source access or update conditions. Review those terms before purchase. If terms conflict, clarify with the operator before relying on a broader license.
